In view of the current operation of the company, our team decided
to make cloud migration and improvement in the following aspects
1. Server Virtualization;
2. Infrastructure upgrade;
3. Cloud storage and data management;
4. Identity verification management;
5. Communication services with register.

The upgrade we chose, and given our knowledge of the current cloud
technologies on the market, we decided to go with AWS;
AWS was chosen for the following reasons:
1. AWS is by far the most powerful cloud service provider;
2. We need improve the system of online order , Amazon has enough
experience;
3. AWS operates and runs on a human scale.
4. AWS has higher security protocol
5. AWS has less vulnerabilities for both inbound and outbound interface
6. AWS has higher acceptance rating in relevant market

● Server Virtualization
We need to build a virtual management system to manage and operate our entire business;
1. The AWS Nitro System is the underlying platform for our next generation of EC2
instances that enables AWS to innovate faster, further reduce cost for our customers, and
deliver added benefits like increased security and new instance types.
2. AWS has completely re-imagined our virtualization infrastructure. Traditionally,
hypervisors protect the physical hardware and bios, virtualize the CPU, storage,
networking, and provide a rich set of management capabilities. With the Nitro System, we
are able to break apart those functions, offload them to dedicated hardware and software,
and reduce costs by delivering practically all of the resources of a server to your
instances

● Infrastructure upgrade
As we upgrade our entire business to cloud services, the upgrade of infrastructure
is necessary;

From start business to end , we will achieve our goals.



● Cloud storage & data management
Aws support powerful storage & data management analyze, for our register
information and order information storage, it is a good selection.



● Register identity management
For our register customers, they identity data is a big information, we also need make a
system to management it;
It is also allow register change their information;
It is also can link with order information.
AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) provides fine-grained access control across all
of AWS. With IAM, you can specify who can access which services and resources, and
under which conditions. With IAM policies, you manage permissions to your workforce and
systems to ensure least-privilege permissions.


● Communication services with register
As a supplier , we need chat with our customer when they have order issue; for this case, we
need a chat platform in our new cloud system improve;
AWS Chatbot is an interactive agent that makes it easy to monitor and interact with your AWS
resources in your Slack channels and Amazon Chime chat rooms. With AWS Chatbot you can
receive alerts, run commands to return diagnostic information, invoke AWS Lambda functions,
and create AWS support cases.
